Resort ProSource Completes New Orleans Trump International Hotel and Tower

SAN DIEGO, CA – Resort ProSource, a San Diego-based, full-service purchasing company for the high-end hospitality and resort industry has completed the FF&E procurement services for the Sales Center and Model Unit of New Orleans Trump International Hotel and Tower.
The tower is being built by Florida developers David Brannen and Clifford Mowe under the development group Poydras LLC.
“Resort ProSource was selected because of the scope of its on-line capabilities, global resources and intrinsic understanding of the high-end market,” said Jessica Espinosa, Director of Purchasing. “We worked closely with Architectural Concepts (ACI) on the concept and interior design of the sales center and model unit; teaming up with the designer was both cost effective and seamless in managing the purchasing of the high quality items we needed to represent our client’s product.”
Eventually, Trump’s 70-story $400 million tower will include 435 condo hotel units and 290 residences ranging from studios to five-bedroom units as well as a conference center and offices, fitness center and spa, restaurant, bar and lounge, two pools, and salon.
ACI’s design for the model and sales center captures the city’s historical roots and multi-cultural heritage with an air of quiet sophistication. Signifying the City’s recovery from Hurricane Katrina, the building will be the largest building in the Louisiana. The eclectic design reflects the unique character of the City and highlighted local artists as a way to support the local culture and ambiance.
The property itself will be managed by Donald Trump's Luxury Hotel Management Company.
