SPI Vacation Ownership Software Selected by Spinnaker Resort Affiliate,
Southwind Management Corporation

Miami, Florida, April 30, 2008 – Southwind Management Corporation, an affiliate of Spinnaker Resorts, recently selected SPI software to manage its annual assessment/maintenance fee billing and receivables management process.

Southwind CFO Mike Vaniska had reviewed SPI’s software previously while working for another timeshare resort management company. Vaniska says, “Back then I was impressed with the knowledge of SPI’s staff, the ease of use of the system and its flexibility. Upon my arrival here at Southwind Management Corporation I was faced with the similar need to upgrade from our existing software. I immediately thought of SPI. I was pleasantly surprised to be dealing with several of the people I had dealt with earlier. I also found that the system was as easy to use and as flexible as I remembered. In fact there were certain enhancements that have been added over the years, such as their web-based products, that were very appealing to our operation.”

SPI Director of Sales Matt Brosious says, “One of the first items on our implementation agenda is to interface our maintenance fee system with several of Southwind’s preexisting software systems to reduce their need to reenter customer information into each different one. It is our hope that Spinnaker’s team will evaluate our other modules and determine that Orange Systems, our totally integrated SPI enterprise system, to be worthwhile and cost-effective.”
